## Article 13. Conditions Beyond Control of the Parties ### 13.1 Force Majeure. If a Party ("Performing Party") is unable to reasonably perform any of its obligations under this Exhibit H due to any ==Act of God, war, act of terrorism, riot or insurrection, epidemic or pandemic, labor strike, explosion, sabotage, embargo, fire, national emergency, unusually severe and adverse weather conditions, the binding order of any court or governmental authority, or any other causes which Contractor could not reasonably control or circumvent== (collectively, each, a “Force Majeure Event”), this Exhibit H shall at the other Party's option - (i) remain in effect but the Performing Party's obligations shall be suspended until the Force Majeure Event has ended; or, - (ii) be terminated upon ten (10) Days’ notice to the Performing Party, in which instance neither Party shall have any further liability to the other. *(End Exhibit H)*
