All goods and services including, without limitation, labor, transportation, tools, and equipment: - (i) to be incorporated into the Project; - (ii) required under the Contract Documents; or - (iii) necessary or appropriate to fully design, construct, fixture, operate and maintain the Project. The Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work may constitute the whole or a part of the Project.
