### 8.7 USE OF FLOAT [[Total Float]] shall be available to and shared between Contractor and EPIC WATER AUTHORITY. If the [[Contracting Officer]] determines that Contractor is utilizing unreasonable float suppression techniques and preferential sequencing (including, but not limited to late starts of follow-on trades, unreasonably small crews, extended durations, imposed dates, or scheduling Work not required) in violation of the float sharing provisions of the [[Contract Documents]], Contractor shall not be entitled to any changes in [[Contract Price]], any [[Key Completion Times]], or [[Contract Time]].
