### 4.6 TAXES Contractor shall pay all consumer, use, sales and other similar taxes on supplies, materials, machinery, tools, utilities and other equipment and services used or incorporated in the construction of the Project which are required by law to be paid at the time the Agreement is executed, whether or not yet effective.
