### 11.3 LUMP SUM WORK 11.3.1 Where the [[Contract Documents]] provide that all or part of the Work is to be [[Lump Sum Price]] Work, the [[Contract Price]] shall be as set forth in [[EXHIBIT D - COSTING SUMMARY AND PAYMENT TERMS|Exhibit D]]. EPIC WATER AUTHORITY may elect to use unit prices within a lump sum proposal.
