### 10.3 EMERGENCIES In any emergency affecting the safety of persons or property, Contractor shall act, at its discretion, to prevent threatened damage, injury, or loss. Any additional compensation or extension of time claimed by Contractor on account of an emergency, not occasioned in whole or in part by Contractor’s acts or omissions or by other causes which are Contractor’s responsibility or related to an indemnity obligation hereunder, shall be determined as provided in [[Ex C.ARTICLE 12 CHANGES IN THE WORK|Article 12]].
