## II. Interpretation. The [[Contract Documents]] are intended to permit the Parties to complete the Work and all obligations required by the [[Contract Documents]] within the [[Contract Time]] for the [[Contract Price]]. The [[Contract Documents]] are intended to constitute a single agreement, to be complementary and interpreted in harmony to avoid conflict, with its words and phrases interpreted in a manner consistent with construction and design industry standards using common sense interpretations. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity between or among the [[Contract Documents]], the [[Contract Documents]] shall be construed according to the following priority: - Highest Priority: Change Orders and Construction Change Directives - Second Priority: [[Phase 2 Work and Pricing Amendment]], if and as applicable - Third Priority: The Agreement, excepting Exhibit C, [[General Conditions]] - Fourth Priority: [[Supplemental General Conditions]], if and as applicable - Fifth Priority: Exhibit C, [[General Conditions]] - Sixth Priority: Specifications and Drawings *(End Exhibit B)*
